I’m Ann, founder of Late Career Labs. I arrived in late career suddenly — energized, but also confronted with negative narratives. I wanted evidence, not stereotypes.
With a PhD in Design & Innovation and years in technology transfer (where translating value across contexts is everything), I researched the science of late career and built practical tools for agency and innovation.
